The privacy statement for the Chapman Bright website is available here. It covers that site, not this experiment.
When you ask a question. The description of the work you enter, and your answers about how often it happens, how long it takes, how many people do it, how similar it is each time, and whether a person needs to approve the result.
When you get in touch. If you use the contact form, your name (optional), your email address, your message (optional), and the question and answer you were looking at when you wrote to us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Please don’t enter personal data or confidential company information in the question field. Describe the work in general terms.
To produce the assessment you asked for, to reply when you contact us, and to keep the site secure and working. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the experiment and answering questions about it. When you contact us about working together, it is also needed to take steps at your request.
Your question and answers are sent through our website server to an automation workflow on Make, a workflow automation platform. That workflow uses an AI language model to write the assessment, so the text you enter is processed by that model provider too. Contact form messages are sent to a separate Make workflow so we can follow them up.
The website is hosted by VDX in the Netherlands. These providers process data on our behalf.
This site doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn’t load fonts or scripts from third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner.
We keep submissions only as long as we need them for the purposes above. Contact messages are kept until the conversation is finished, and then for a limited period for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy. You can also object to our use of it.
To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If we change how the site works, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page first.
